Youth Groups usually meet Sunday nights, from 6 to 8 p.m.

WUUC Youth Groups serve our youth in middle and high school. Youth meet weekly to make new friends, explore their own spirituality and values in the world around them and have fun in a UU setting. 

We have full staffing of four advisors for each Youth Group. There is no registration fee to participate, but all Youth must complete and return to the DRE an RE Registration Form, which is found in the foyer (or you can download the 2007-8 RE Registration Form here ). Questions? 

Youth Adult Committee (YAC)

YAC is the planning and oversight representative committee for the youth groups. It is made up of a representative from each grade level, advisors (at least one from each group), RE Committee Representative and DRE. Purpose of this group is the following:

• long range planning for Jr. and Sr. Youth Groups
• assure that the needs and interests of the youth groups are being met
• identify and recruit youth advisors
• assess, plan and support recruitment and retention of youth group members
• promote awareness of youth groups within the wider church community
• serve as a forum for issue identification, resolution or escalation to the Board of Trustees
• coordinate youth group participation in worship services and other church activities
