| 06:00 - 07:00 Pennies for Peace organizing meeting - S to 6:45, L Category : Committee Pennies for Peace organizing meeting 07:00 - 08:45 Buddhist Meditation Group - S Category : Fellowship 7:00 PM The Wednesday Night Buddhist Meditation Group is a place where one can sit quietly in a comfortable position for 40 minutes without any distractions or demands. We sit in the sanctuary and there are people from WUUC and others from the larger community who sit together each week. We start at 7 p.m. but it’s fine if one needs to arrive later. We don’t ask people to have meditation experience but basic instructions will be offered if needed. We then have tea and talk about specific mindfulness practices.
